DEERTONGUE. Carphephorus odoratissimus. TOXIC The essential oil is not recommended for use in Aromatherapy. (Also known as Carolina Vanilla, Deer's Tongue, Frasera speciosa, Hound's Tongue, Liatris odoratissima, Liatrix Absolute, Liatrix Oleoresin, Trilisa odoratissima, Vanilla Leaf, Vanilla Trilisa, Wild Vanilla.)

DILL SEED. Anethum graveolens. Seems to be a safer alternative to Fennel Oil when it comes to women's complaints. The essential oil is for EXTERNAL USE ONLY and it should always be diluted with a suitable carrier oil such as Sweet Almond Oil before applying to the skin. Keep it away from children and pets. It is non-toxic and non-irritant but with possible sensitization in some individuals. Use for colic, dyspepsia, flatulence, indigestion, lack of periods, promotes milk flow in nursing mothers. (Also known as American Dill, European Dill, Fructus anethi, Peucedanum graveolens.) Used in Angel Therapy to stimulate the Second Chakra (sacral) for sensuality, possession, creativity, intimacy and clairsentience - and also to stimulate the Third Chakra (solar plexus) for confidence, courage, power, self-esteem, achievement, emotional stability, and heightened awareness to one's surroundings.

ELECAMPANE. Inula helenium. TOXIC The essential oil is not recommended for use in Aromatherapy. (Also known as Alant, Aster helenium, Aster officinalis, Elf Dock, Essence d'Aunee, Helenium grandiflorum, Horseheal, Inula, Scabwort, Velvet Dock, Wild Sunflower, Yellow Starwort.) Try Costus (Saussurea costus).

ELEMI. Canarium luzonicum. Closely related to trees yielding Frankincense and Myrrh. The essential oil is for EXTERNAL USE ONLY and it should always be diluted with a suitable carrier oil such as Sweet Almond Oil before applying to the skin. Keep it away from children and pets. It is non-toxic and non-irritant but with possible sensitization in some individuals. Use for aged skin, antiseptic, bronchitis, catarrh, coughs, infected cuts, inflammations, nervous exhaustion, rejuvenation, stress, wounds, wrinkles. (Also known as Canarium commune, Elemi Gum, Elemi Oleoresin, Elemi Resin, Manila Elemi.) Used in Angel Therapy to stimulate the Third Chakra (solar plexus) for confidence, courage, power, self-esteem, achievement, emotional stability, and heightened awareness to one's surroundings - and also to stimulate the Fourth Chakra (heart) for compassion and unconditional love, and to give empathy for the tribulations of others - and also to stimulate the Fifth Chakra (throat) for spontaneity, communication, expression, for speaking and hearing the truth, and for clairaudience and also to stimulate the Seventh Chakra (crown) for spirituality and linking with the higher self, inner knowledge and cosmic consciousness.
