Open your circle in the usual way or use the basic ritual provided.

Now place 8 White Candles around you in the circle. Now on 8 small squares of Paper ( approximately 5 cm / 2 inches Square ) write down what you hope to achieve this year { 1 hope per square of paper } . Tie each Hope to a white candle about half way down, until each of the white candles has a hope tied to it.

Once you have done this take your Lighting instrument ( matches, lighter etc ) and light the 1st candle saying:

"Lady Breed please bless and consecrate this wish to ( state what is written on the piece of paper ) and give to me the strength to carry it out", Repeat for each of the other 7 candles.

Now face East and with both hands held high in a gesture of Welcome Say:

" My Lady Breed, eight requests I have made to thee, like the eight paths of Majik they are Just and True. So please my Lady help me make these Dreams come true, building up the power slowly the whole year through."

Now again take a gentle look at each request that you can get to, and imagine the energy of the 1st completed one entering the second, and the second entering the 3rd and so on and so forth, Until the last candle has burnt down past the request and that the request has burnt through. Close your circle ( after any other work has been done ) in the usual way and have something to eat and drink [ usually wine & cake or biscuit ]. So ends the ritual for Imbolc.
