Open your circle in the usual way ( see Basic Circle if not opened a circle before )

Raise your hands in a gesture of welcome and say: " My Goddesses and Gods, The Powers that Be. I reaffirm my pledge to myself and to you, To continue on this journey to find Harmony and Balance. May you always be a part of me as I am a part of you , Please help me to be true to myself and see the truth in ALL things. May I find peace so that my Mind, Heart, Body and Soul are working as one, In your name, may I always be on the path of Truth, Love and Light. Please empower me with your Loving Energy, So that I may do your will and mine.

 Now face East and say: Higher beings of the East, Spirits of Thought and Knowledge, In the pursuit of New Visions and new Skills, Strengthen my ability to focus And embrace change in all its forms.

Now face South and say: Higher beings of the South, Spirits of Vitality, Guide me in my search for personal Strength and Health,   Re-enforce my ability to treat my Body like the Temple it is.

Now face West and say: Higher Beings of the West, Spirits of Emotion and the Hidden depths of the Psyche, Guide me in my own search for Connection with my Inner self and Others, Teach me to Love, Emphasise and Understand myself and others.
