Touch your tongue against the gleaming wall. What does it taste like? does it taste the same in all areas or are there various tastes in different places? Smell the air around you, each metal has a distinct odour of its own. Allow your self ample time to explore & experience. When you are ready to continue to the next object, step outside the block of gold. Your doorway will always be there, No-one can Shut you in or Lock you out, it is YOUR door and ONLY you can use it. The gold disappears, and in its place is a rather Large Orange.

The familiar citrus scent fills the air all around you. Again create a doorway so that you can enter the orange. Inside you are aware of the segments of the orange running in stripes from top to bottom. How does the fruit look up close? Does the rind look different from what you thought it would? Run your hand over the rind and the fruity sections, Beside the normal sticky sensations, what else do you feel?

A drop of juice slowly runs down the wall nearest you, catch it on your tongue and savour the taste.  Does it taste as it ordinarily would, or can you distinguish new flavours you had not noticed before? Now listen closely, What sounds or melodies does the interior of an orange make? When you have finished with your exploration, go outside the orange and wait calmly in the light. Soon a large, rough, moss-covered Boulder will appear.

Once more use your imaginative abilities to make a passageway to enter the stone. Look closely at the rough-hewn walls. Are there individual chisel marks or are the walls around you all very smooth? Make your fingertips very sensitive and touch the stone. How does it feel? Smell the air, even stones all have their individual odours. Can you distinguish certain metals within the stone? Touch the stone walls with your tongue. Is the taste unique? Do certain minerals predominate? Listen to the unique sounds of the stone. Explore as long as you like and then return to the outside.

The stone vanishes and in its place stands a tall Fir Tree. Its rich coloured bark glows in the light. The long needle-like branches droop close to the ground. Walk up to the tree and put your arms around it, do not be afraid as you feel yourself being drawn into its interior.
