Wicca is about effecting change using your own will as long as it Harms None.

The Wiccan Reed is a set of guide lines put to paper many years ago, and for the most part they are still very much as Valuable Today as they were when first written. These guide lines set out the general practice of Wicca and could be Called a set of Moral Laws. The most IMPORTANT of these laws are " And do as Ye Will and Harm Ye None ", this means that you can use majik to do whatever you want as long as No-one is Harmed in the Process. By way of an example: A True Wiccan would NOT perform a Love Spell between two people unless she / he knew that both parties fancied each other and just needed a little push. If a spell was to be cast when one of the parties Did Not fancy the other, then the spell caster would be causing harm by making that person act against their normal judgement, causing mental harm, stress and emotional damage e.t.c.

Wicca has just come back into the arena of Mainstream Religious Beliefs, for many centuries it has been kept Secret, NOT ( as the church would have you believe ) because it is Evil or Bad; But for the Protection of its Practioners against Bogus claims of Enchantment, evil eye e.t.c. Through the work of the Pagan Federation ( Scotland & Ireland ) Paganism is now Recognised   as a NATURAL belief system to the point that Pagans can now have a Traditional Pagan Handfasting, and that this Marriage is Now Recognised as being both Lawful and Binding in exactly the same way as a conventional wedding is.
